The rigid flakes recycling and pelletizing line is a specialized equipment combination for the recycling, processing, and remanufacturing of waste materials such as hard polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) sheets into plastic pellets. Its core function is to convert waste hard PP/PE sheets into reusable plastic raw materials, reduce dependence on native plastics, and comply with environmental policies. Recycled PP/PE particles have a lower cost than raw materials and can be used for the production of mid to low end plastic products, reducing raw material costs for enterprises. Optimization of physical properties for PP/PE, strong equipment stability, and controllable particle quality (such as adjustable melt index, tensile strength, and other indicators).
