The invention provides a preparation method of recycled plastic particles, belonging to the technical field of plastic recycling. The method includes the following steps: classifying, washing, drying and crushing waste plastics, then putting the treated waste plastics together with heavy calcium carbonate and organic solvents into a plastic granulator. The organic solvent reacts catalytically with waste plastics to slowly soften the materials. The softened waste plastics are then fed into a screw electric heating melting machine for heating to accelerate the softening rate. Finally, the materials are melt-blended by a twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation. The invention adopts organic solvent for catalytic reaction of waste plastics first, followed by physical heating and plasticization, which shortens the softening time of waste plastics. Meanwhile, the organic solvent protects the internal molecular structure of plastics from being changed. Extrusion molding is adopted without complex pretreatment, which significantly shortens the molding process time and reduces production costs.
