The invention relates to the field of plastic recycling, and discloses a green freezing recycling method for plastic bottles. Plastic bottles are uncapped to remove residual water in a spin dryer, then dried and sent into a freezing cage for oscillation. Under oscillation, frozen and embrittled labels and adhesives are shaken off and discharged out of the cage, leaving complete plastic bottles inside. The bottles are further sent into a crusher to be crushed into large pieces smaller than 2 cm, and a small amount of residual labels are thoroughly separated by cyclone separation. High-quality recycled plastic materials are obtained through screw extrusion and granulation. The remarkable advantages of this method are realizing automatic sorting and separation of plastic bottles under green and pollution-free process conditions, and solving the low efficiency and high pollution problems of traditional manual and chemical separation.
