The invention discloses a double-wall corrugated pipe produced from waste shoe materials, which is made of the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC shoe material, 5–7 parts of tribasic lead sulfate, 6–10 parts of CPE, 2.5–3.5 parts of ACR processing aid, 0.8–1.2 parts of TiO₂, 0.5–1 part of calcium stearate, 0.5–1 part of lead stearate, 0.2–0.4 parts of stearic acid, 0.2–0.3 parts of paraffin, and 8–10 parts of CaCO₃. The double-wall corrugated pipe of the invention is lightweight and consists of inner and outer layers, with a smooth inner wall and a hollow corrugated outer wall. Thanks to its variable structural shape, it has higher ring rigidity than existing PVC pipes, can withstand high external pressure, and saves 60% of raw materials.
